Flooding in Phnom Penh - a SIAMPEDIA Video

blip.tv - Instead of the usual afternoon showers, this rainy season came with hour long rainstorms at night. Traffic collapsed and most roads were flooded - but rain means also life! Life for the farmers and their bone dry fields in the countryside. Rain showers usually never exceeds 30 or 40 minutes in duration, but this one kept pouring for several hours, see for Yourself.
