The accident could have been cauzed due to our language barriers (Belgium=Flemisch AND French)!
One of the conductors is said to have warned the control station about a problem with the lights on the tracks or something, but the person in the control station didn't understand his language (Flemish or French, still to figured out).
Other major issue is: when a sign goes red on the tracks, and a train still passes it for some reason, there is no autostop on the train = security failure.
