- KEAPAK™ cover tapes are used to seal onto the top surface of the carrier tape in order to hold the components in place after insertion. Keaco LLC offers cover tapes with either heat activated or pressure sensitive adhesives. KEAPAK™ cover tape are static dissipative on both the inner and outer surfaces to provide complete ESD protection.
