Deutschland im Januar 2013. Wer über bekloppte amerikanische Gesetze lacht, der kennt noch nicht das deutsche Markenrecht. "Weltuntergang" als Motto für Partys ist markenrechtlich geschützt, Rechteinhaber ist ein Gastronom aus Hof in Bayern. Und der mahnt nun diejenigen für "teuer Geld" (ca. 1.800 Euro) ab, die am 21. Dezember 2012 eine Weltuntergangsparty gefeiert haben. Rechteinhaber Philip-Nicholas Blank fordert Schadenersatz. Posse von Bauer Heinrich Schulte-Brömmelkamp.
