Good Sex is a Healthy Sex

Healthy sex is less clinical and much sexier than you think. It's not all about disease prevention or neurology (although is it about that too). It's more about fantasies and enjoying sex the way you want to. Dr. Sonia Borg, an accomplished sexologist and author of the books Oral Sex He'll Never Forget (currently available on Amazon.com) and Oral Sex She'll Never Forget (due out this March), identifies healthy sex as "feeling good about the sex we're having." It's essential, she says, that no one - not even professionals - should define "healthy" or "normal" sex for others. Sexuality is a personal thing, and, consequently what makes for a healthy sex life is going to be different for different people.

The Maasai are thought of as the typical cattle herders of Africa, yet they have not always been herders, nor are they all today. Because of population growth, development strategies, and the resulting shortage of land, cattle raising is in decline. However, cattle still represent "the breath of life" for many Maasai. When given the chance, they choose herding above all other livelihoods. For many Westerners, the Maasai are Hollywood's "noble savage"—fierce, proud, handsome, graceful of bearing, and elegantly tall. Hair smeared red with ochre (a pigment), they either carry spears or stand on one foot tending cattle.

Born without legs, Martin -- a 3-foot-1-inch, 117-pound high school football player quickly uses his hands to propel himself between a flag-toting honor guard lining the 50-yard line. The coronation is sweet. The new king stands tall. Martin is crowned, and his green-and-yellow No. 99 Cougars jersey is draped with a red cape that flutters in the wind, Superman-like. It was specially tailored by Sharon Murphy, his consumer science instructor at Colonel White High School. Even though she was ill, Murphy was there, caught up in Bobbymania. He declares. ''I always wanted to be the king. Always dreamed about it."
