Februar 2013: Wie kommt Pferdefleisch in die Rindfleischlasagne? - Der Skandal ist da. Der eu-weite Fleischhandel und die industrialisierte Fleischerzeugung fordern ihren Preis... zum Wiehern, findet Bauer Heinrich Schulte-Brömmelkamp aus Kattenvenne... Die Verbraucher kaufen Lasagne mit saftigem Rinderhack -- und bekommen ohne es zu wissen Pferdefleisch vorgesetzt. Zunächst tauchte das "verunreinigte" Rindfleisch in Irland und Großbritannien auf, dann in Schweden, Frankreich und der Schweiz. Auch in Deutschland wurde die gepanschte Ware gefunden. Betroffen sind offenbar die Supermarktketten Edeka und Real. Schuldig ist natürlich (´mal wieder...) keiner!
