Magnificent Silver Metamorphosis

- Metamorphosis means "change of form." It’s the way insects grow and mature. Their lives are divided into separate stages for resting, growing and reproducing.

Silver Metamorphosis is the culmination of years of work, discovery and accidents. Through this project I have found a unique process that allows me new ways of seeing the world.
My method of working with these images was developed when I was still using the silver film medium. The method is thus not a product of the digital machinations that we are bombarded with today.
