- Island hopping in the Belize Cayes is one of the best ways to unwind from an adventure in Guatemala, while still having an epic adventure! Snorkeling in the crystal clear blue waters of Belize with many fishes and exploring a sunken ship was truly a highlight. Of course we stopped by the picturesque Livingston, Guatemala for some breakfast before we head out on this Belize day.
